The SITH of Eden: Xanth & Amber
Xanth and Amber are were born of Adam and Eve, with genetic intervention from Lillith. It could easily be argued that they are the most unusual-looking of all the Siblings, with their 3 eyes, unusually tall, pointed ears with multiple auditory canals and above all, the two strings of orifices lining either side of their throats. Their Sibling, Zerstorer, describes them as looking about as human as a Picasso painting of Yoda. Despite their astonishing appearance, they are above all, beautiful, both inside and out. Of all the Siblings, they care the most about humanity, and their motives are the truest.
Xanth Sith
Among the most inhuman in appearance, Xanth is one of the most intellectually limited of the Siblings. Although his intellect is leaps and bounds ahead of a normal Homo sapiens sapiens, it lags behind that of his Siblings. By generally remaining tight-lipped and letting Amber (who is a supragenius) do most of the talking, the other Siblings are unaware of Xanth's mental limitations. In fact, because of his reticent nature, most of the Siblings just assume that he is the wisest of them, and many even fear what they imagine he is capable of.
Amber has a theory that Xanth dosen't suffer from brainpower: his brain is just busy processing the unusually high amount of sensory input he recieves. He might not think as fast as she, but he sees more than anyone she knows.
Amber Sith
Amber is as far evolved beyond the other Sith as the other Sith are beyond humans. She glows with surreal, paralyzing beauty. She also exudes a raw sexual magnetism that would appeal to anyone.
Excerpt from The Veil of Eden
Sometime after tea, Po Sin excuses himself to check in upon the needs of the Emperor and Empress. Xanth and Amber use the time as an excuse to walk the Imperial Gardens. The sunlight is too strong for their skin and the pollen explodes through their senses yet they love every moment of it. When they sense hidden scanning devices they burst into laughter; the joy of walking under the open sun without worrying about being seen is an inexplicable sweetness. As they pass an imperial servant, Amber sheds her cloak and hands it to her. Amber's golden locks dangle in the open sun. Her sun dress is open and revealing. Xanth's heart nearly skips a beat. He knows her beauty better than any other alive and yet simple sunlight adds a whole new dimension to her. Her whole body glows as if suffused by sunlight. The servant, Xanth notices, is still standing as if frozen by a Medusa. Absolute wonder, rather than horror, typifies her features. Xanth knows how the poor girl feels a moment later when Amber giggles in seven part harmony with counterpoint. Still giggling, Amber relieves Xanth of his cloak and flings it over the still-frozen servant's head.
